Rain On Me FC
For 50 years, women's football was banned by FIFA. When the Lionesses took victory in the delayed 2020 Euros, euro-fever hit. More women and girls got into football, attendance for the Women's Super League has increased and the conversation around inclusion in sports exploded.
Over the past 3 years, I have been documenting the rise of women's football. My team Rain On Me FC, has grown from two jumpers as goal posts in a park in Salford to having our first kit and hosting our first tournament.
My images have been featured by Mundial Magazine, on displays at Classic Football Shirts, on a special edition International Women's Day CloudWater beer and in the exhibition Get Your Kits Out, hosted by This Fan Girl.

Block The Block
A group of local residents from Hulme have been campaigning to stop a multi-story purpose built student accomodation being built inbetween their two blocks. The campaign, Block The Block, have been relentless in their fight to protect their local community from being turned into a student village by developers. With an increasingly ageing community, they would like to see the land be used to build an assisted living retirement home. I've been documenting the group on their picket line, at council planning meetings and at their local pub where they get together to organise.

Pride in Portraits
At the annual Manchester Pride Weekend I captured portraits of festival go-ers in the parade and gay village. The images represent a celebration of LGBTQ+ community, allyship and conversations about LGBTQ+ rights.
